A lot of changes here. This is the biggest chapter so far. But there'll also be bugs. Please tell me if anything breaks, and what place in the story it happens.
-Added chapter 4
-Resolution has been fixed. It's no longer blurry
-Fixes Lag on game startup, Loading from save files will freak the game a bit, I'm looking into it.

There's a bug, every time I load up a save there's a beeping that keep repeating, even when music, sound, and voice are all set to 0.
Show me what it looks like.
Just a heads up, but Andrew has multiple pairs of ears as soon as he's introduced.
And in the mall, Owen says he doesn't have a shirt on, but his spite still does :P
This doesn't happen if you skip to chapter 4, I'll look into the problem.
